Yes. StaffLedger is designed to work in areas with zero connectivity. Your data is stored locally on your device and only syncs to the secure cloud when you have a signal and choose to back it up.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Firebase for secure authentication and data separation. Every user has their own private workspace that cannot be accessed by others, even if they share the same physical device.
Can I export my data for accounting?
Yes. You can generate clean, formatted pay summaries and share them instantly via WhatsApp or email. We are also working on direct CSV/Excel export for the next update.
How many projects can I manage?
There is no hard limit. You can run as many projects in parallel as your business needs. Archive finished jobs to keep your active dashboard clean.
